The double-bore face

The top face carries two cylindrical bores — the structural and service core of the entire system, designed to stack and align block to block without mortar.

Plan tolerance

300 × 150 mm footprint with two bores centred on the long axis, spaced for predictable, repeatable coursing across a wall run.

Elevation profile

A 90 mm rise lines up cleanly with standard openings, lintels, and slab edges — no cutting required on most runs.

Bores run nearly full height, leaving a thin structural floor — rigid enough for the unit, clear for conduit and rebar.
